In-depth interview
- 1 hour

Oral presentation and proposed support
- 30 minutes

Whatever the reason for our meeting, we will begin with getting to know each other during a discovery session in a supportive environment. During this session, we will discuss your challenges together to gain a comprehensive understanding of them. We will identify their impact on your daily life.

This initial consultation will also allow us to establish a trusting relationship where you can freely express your feelings, both positive and negative.

Following this in-depth discussion, we will establish your short-term priorities and I will propose a personalized support plan.

10 to 12 sessions - 1h15 per session

The parental guidance program CAP - Comprehend Adapt Progress, inspired by the Barkley method and personalized based on identified priorities during the discovery session, will allow you in a dozen of sessions to become real catalysts of your child's development.

Comprehend the specifics of the disorder or difficulty to better grasp your child's experience.
Adapt your parenting style to take into account your child's unique way of functioning and their needs.
Progress together to improve the quality of life at home and at school, and allow everyone—child and parents—to reach their full potential.

The CAP is tailored for each neurodevelopmental disorder, thus allowing the specificities of each child to be taken into account.

10 to 12 sessions - 45 minutes per session

Alongside the CAP parental guidance program CAP, the support program ACT - Acknowledge Channel Transcend helps your child on their own journey of understanding, accepting, and adapting to their disorder.

Acknowledge their disorder to better understand themselves and anticipate difficulties.
Channel symptoms to regain control over their emotions and interactions.
Transcend the diagnosis to fully develop their talents and skills.

The ACT is tailored for each neurodevelopmental disorder, thus allowing the specificities of each child to be taken into account.

1 hour per session

Occasional coaching sessions spread over a few weeks can sometimes be enough to help you resolve a specific difficulty and collaboratively develop a suitable solution at your own pace.

These sessions can also be offered to your child to help them adopt new strategies for dealing with a specific challenge (academic difficulties, social barriers, emotional regulation, etc.).
